I just joined this group because I have really gotten into matching wine and food dishes lately. So with my new interest, I came across this contest
that Santa Margherita is doing, called "The Great Taste Challenge."
All you have to do is match a Santa Margherita wine with your own dish, create
like a 1-2 minute video explaining why your dish is so good and submit! Winner
gets a trip to LA to cook with Fabio (that celebrity chef that was on "Top
