My top consumer wine under $20 is...
That's a hard question, there are so many good, solid value wines out there. Benziger Family Winery--they make quite a bit (Carneros Chardonnay, North Coast Syrah), Red Diamond Merlot (from Washington State), Columbia Crest Grand Estates wines. I love Turnbull Sauvignon Blanc and it's under $20. Simi and Markham make some nice stuff under $20 also.
The best wine I last drank was...
2007 Seghesio Sonoma County Zinfandel. Believe the hype! It's wonderful!
The worst wine I last tried...
Recently it was the 2008 vintage of Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc Riserva. I hope I just had a bad bottle and that the next time I try it, it will be better... It was bitter and not palateable.
My favorite winery...
Seghesio Family Vineyards (Sonoma)
Mauritson Winery (Sonoma)
Trefethen (Napa)
Girard (Napa)
Ravenswood (Sonoma)
Chateau St. Jean (Sonoma)
St. Francis (Sonoma)
Peju Province (Napa)
Stacked Stone Cellars (Paso Robles)
Calcareous (Paso Robles)

These are in no particular order...
My favorite wine variety...
Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
I also love Sauvignon Blanc and Arneis.
My favorite wine region...
Sonoma

Thank you. I have had rave reviews so far, so that's more good news! Hopefully this good news will continue to drive sales, since I'm happy to see progress in such a lame economy!

Hi Grace,
Did you try our Roussanne yet? We've got rave reviews from some outside folks like the wine spies (94 points).

Hi Grace, thanks for joining! I'll be setting up the Iowa Edition. Any cool Iowa wine things going on?
